In 2012 HemiChat funded 7 UK meet ups for families of our charity. Since gaining charity status and through the help of our dedicated fundraisers, we have arranged a MASSIVE 44 funded meet ups in 2013. These meet ups have united over 140 UK FAMILIES of children living with Hemiplegia. The meets are very important to all who attend because they provide a sense of comfort that there is a wide network of support and our children can enjoy all this brings. Families are able to share their sometimes negative experiences, but also their fantastic achievements can be relished and giving much hope to others in the same situation. The meet ups allow invaluable friendships to be forged and families come to realise they are NOT alone. It is very important that we continue to grow these support meets year on year, please support us in doing so by raising funds for HemiChat.

Our Teenagers love getting together and being competitive, bowling at Castleford, West Yorkshire was no different! Great fun, lots of food and everyone were winners!

Our Christmas party for the North West was in Little Sutton nr Liverpool. Even Santa came for the kids!!!
Bantrop Farm was the destination and with Christmas just around the corner spirits were high and everyone had a great time in the chilly climate.

A trip to London was planned for this meet, everyone enjoyed taking in all the sights including Buckingham Palace. The turnout was great, the weather was amazing and everyone had a great time.

Our families from Ireland had a wonderful time meeting all the animals at Bantrop Farm, the weather was kind too!
